- Mismatched texel density across modular pieces
- Missing LOD chains on hero assets
- Incorrect pivot points on modular kits
- Non-standard naming conventions
- Materials not set up as instances
- Collision meshes too heavy or missing entirely
- Lightmap UVs overlapping or missing
- No documentation for import workflow
- Textures not in power-of-two dimensions
- No in-engine validation before delivery
