NaturaPak's Ramadan campaign needed twelve unique social ads in under three weeks. Traditional production would require separate shoots, separate edits, and separate approvals for each asset. We built a modular pipeline instead.
The Pipeline Stack
- CGI product rig — one master scene, swap flavors and packaging via parameters
- Motion template library — branded transitions, typography, and end cards
- Platform export presets — 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 with verified safe zones
- Parallel review — client approves frames while motion team works next variant
The result: 4.2x ROAS versus the previous year's static creative, delivered on a timeline that would have been impossible with photography alone.
